Product Description
A universal pan with a square shape and low, 4 cm walls. The pan is made of cast aluminium, which is an excellent thermal conductor. The quick and even heat transfer is also influenced by a 10 mm thick bottom that maintains the temperature for longer. This way, meals are ready faster and you save energy. Lotan coating, which is the top layer of the pan, allows frying without the use of oil or fat, protects against food sticking, reduces the risk of burning and makes it easier to wash the dish.
