Product Description
A flat pan with low edges, perfect for making pancakes, omelettes and tortillas. The special shape makes it easy to turn and toss the fried dough, while the Lotan coating prevents it from burning and sticking to the surface. It also allows frying without oil and makes cleaning the pan extremely fast. Thanks to its aluminium construction guarantees exceptional durability and resistance to damage.
