The Irinox EasyFresh can blast chill and shock freeze your products, even straight out of the oven preserving fragrance, consistency, colours and nutritional properties. Innovative cold management technology with 4 cycles dedicated to blast chilling (DELICATE 3 / STRONG 3) and shock freezing (DELICATE -18 / STRONG -18). Patented Multirack system allows operator to double the number trays loaded in each model and whilst distance between trays is adjustable every 10mm to maximize the use of space and airflow.
