Product Description
Great for fries, chicken, onion rings and more, the Imperial IFS-75-E three phase freestanding electric fryer features a sleek stainless steel exterior and interior powerful electric elements. The direct heat-to-element contact heats up oil quickly, resulting in excellent tasting food as it absorbs less oil.
Its snap acting electronic thermostat provides temperatures of up to 204 ˚ C, ensuring you are offered a uniformly cooked product and extended oil lifespan. The unit’s 1-1/4″ full port drain valve allows for safe and efficient emptying of the frypot.
