Product Description
AMT’s WOK with 36cm diameter, contoured shape and cast aluminium body, guaranteeing durability and resistance to damage. Perfect for preparing Asian dishes, stir frying, stewing and baking. Thanks to the thick, 10-millimeter base, it heats up quickly and retains heat for longer, which guarantees the natural taste and aroma of dishes, without over-drying and over-cooking. Cooking process is faster and the ingredients retain up to 20% more nutritional value. WOK is covered with a special Lotan coating that allows frying without the use of fat and prevents food from burning and sticking, and the pan is cleaned very quickly.
