Product Description
A universal pan, for saut method cooking. It is perfect for frying meat and vegetables, as well as for preparing sauces and broths. Pan is made of hand-cast aluminium, which guarantees durability for years. Thick bottom ensures quick and even heat transfer over the entire surface. Thanks to this, the preparation of food takes less time and special Lotan coating prevents food from sticking to the surface of the pan. The streamlined shape ensures convenient mixing of ingredients, and the high walls allow them to be turned more easily and faster without the risk of splashing the fat.
