Technical Specifications
The Pizza Press is an ideal machine for forming pizza dough discs.
It facilitates the preparation of big quantity of pizza and it becomes very
simple and efficent having high production rhythm and saving time and
skilled labour.
This machine allows to form doughs discs for pizza of 33cm diameter (mod.
PRESSA 33) or for 45cm of diameter (mod. PRESSA 45), creating traditional
rim around the pizza, due to the particular shape of the squeezing bottom
plate made of tefloned aluminium.
Adjusting handle allows to change the thickness of the dough.
