Product Description
Featuring 6 anti-clogging PyroCentric burners, with 2 rings of flame each, the IR-6-SPLASHBACK aids productivity and increased product offering, and ensures even heating. Inside the oven is a ‘U’ shaped burner, a burner baffle and a heat deflector, all of which work together to evenly distribute heat throughout the oven and prevent heat from escaping. The unit’s removable burners and grates, along with the oven’s porcelainised interior and stainless steel exterior ensure that cleaning is a simple task.
