The narrow blade lets you glide smoothly through cheese, keeping more cheese in the slice, rather than on the knife. It’s lightweight too, making it easy and comfortable to work with, even during extended use. And thanks to the high handle, hands are kept free from the cutting board, improving safety and hygiene.

The knife is designed to be comfortable to work with, and as it’s dishwasher safe, it’s easy to clean too. However, to preserve the knife for as long as possible, it’s recommended to wash this knife by hand.
